A Very Brief History of Ruud
Edwin Ruud, a Norwegian mechanical engineer and founder of Ruud Manufacturing, didn’t start in the heating and air conditioning business.
Ruud first gave us the first successful automatic water heater over 100 years ago. That innovative process led Ruud to introducing heating and air conditioning equipment in the 1950s.
